COVID -19 Information
All staff are supplied with necessary PPE (face masks, aprons, gloves, hand sanitiser and face visors) to ensure our clients' safety from COVID 19 and are aware of the necessary precautions they need to take to ensure the risks to our clients are minimised. Where possible within working time limitations, we plan for continuous care so that clients do not have multiple carers, and also our carers are not visiting multiple homes on a daily basis.

Reablement

We will work with you after discharge from hospital so that you remain in your home, supporting you to retain your skills and confidence after a period of illness.

We will respect your choices in achieving this and work beside you while you relearn basic skills such as maintaining personal hygiene, mobilising, cooking and feeding yourself or visiting places you used to before.

This is usually short term but if you require further assistance we can reassess and support you until you gain your full independence and confidence.
Being looked after in your own home

Live-in-care requires a Carer to live in your home 24 hours a day to support and aid in your daily routine.

We carry out DBS checks, ensure they have a valid and clean driving licence if required and have the right to work in the UK. Our staff go above and beyond to make sure you get the best quality care possible and are committed to providing you with all the resources you need in order to maintain your independence.
With the help of our monitoring system, visit reports are updated daily by our carers to allow family representatives to keep up-to-date with the care given, and management to oversee all outcomes and be immediately aware of anything that may require their attention.
